Website Design
Making key sharing simple to understand
- Client:
- KeyNest
- Services:
- Website Design

The brief
KeyNest lets people store and hand over keys through a network of local KeyNest Points and smart lockers. The website had to explain how it works to very different audiences, from Airbnb hosts to property managers and social housing teams.
What we did
We built the design around a simple promise for each audience, such as "Share keys with your staff" and "Share keys with your tenants", followed by a three-step explainer for using a KeyNest Point, a use-case grid for each type of customer, and a friendly support section with chat, call and write options. The mobile layout tells the same story in a single, thumb-friendly column.
